Private practice led by Dr. Holds that provides exposure to a high volume of cosmetic and functional cases.

Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis

Academic tertiary referral setting providing exposure to a wide spectrum of disease states, including complex cases requiring combined, multi-subspecialty collaboration. 

St. Louis Veterans Affairs Medical Center

Clinical and surgical site providing care to the veterans in the St. Louis region. At this location, the fellow attends residents in the clinic and operating room.
